Pockie Pirates Closed Beta Starts

Ngames today announced the closed beta of Pockie Pirates, an anime style online game combining one piece characters and side-scrolling adventure. The game server is officially titled as “Test” and available till the end of this month June 30, 2012.

After the closed beta, all of data processed in the characters will be wiped out and therefore all participants will will receive some rewards after the officially commercial launch.

In Pockie Pirates, you experience adventures of Monkey D. Luffy and his crew on your own way! Gather a few friends together and embark on an uncertain future as dangerous as pirates are. The entire ocean of the One Piece universe is in your hands. On your journey you encounter not only original scenes from the colorful anime world, but also familiar faces.

In this browser game based on the anime TV series One Piece, you meet all the famous characters such as Zorro, Boa Hancock and Admiral Smoker. Learn new skills and defeat your opponents. Imagine a team composed of hugely powerful and talented heroes and use their unique skills in combat. You have the unique opportunity to role play one of characters in a quest for treasure.
