Crystal Conquest

Crystal Conquest, an upcoming free-to-play strategy browser-based game from Square Enix, is going to arrive on Yahoo! Games portals in Japan this summer.

Requiring only mouse clicking, the game offers two planes of play where players can move between. There are four playable character classes: Warrior, Priest, Sorcerer and Scout, each with specific skills and summons. Equip your character with skills from the deck, destroy your enemies’ facilities-such as Arrow Tower, Crystals, and Summon facilities-and steal their crystals in a required period of time. Return to your facilities if defeated, or you are lucky enough to have a Priest in your team ready to heal you. After your load-outs are prepared, you can participate in 20 vs. 20 battles and fight through the crowded blood path.

The alpha test for Crystal Conquest is due on April 12 in Japan exclusively, supporting a 12 vs. 12 battle mode instead of the highly anticipated 20 vs. 20. No information has been announced yet on when or whether it will be available to the West.
